Slingshot / Call Plus Caught Throttling full speed customers

Well its happened
I have been a strong supporter of Slingshot
Through my line of work, I often get asked to recomend an ISP, and I always seem to reply Slingshot.

Not any More

Recently slingshot has made a few screwups that are quite rightly pissing off their customers.
Lets review:
In august, Slingshot implemented some web caching technology to 'speed up' its service
This is the
result as reported by The New Zealand Herald
Users sessions at various websites were getting mixed up by the cache and people were logging into websites, only to find they were in under someone elses account.
Porn was getting posted on bebo pages, gmail accounts and trademe accounts were all getting messed up.

Now they have ironed out the faults, and re-implemented the caches. Only to add some other restrictions in the process. They say they 'prioritise' traffic such as voip and gaming, but definitly do not throttle AT ALL
This from the bandwidth help page explaining bandwidth and data caps
1) Time sensitive traffic is prioritised to ensure good service for VoIP, browsing, gaming, VPN's etc
2) Downloads are not being throttled
3) Customers are not being rate shaped at any time of the day (unless they have used their data cap)
You can read this full page
Here - see the summary at the bottom
Note that they may update the page after I post this

Ok so they say that they dont throttle / rate shape. Righto. Lets go to the forums
You can go here to open the slingshot forums. They are full of complaints in the Internet Service and General Feedback categories.

Now after doing a little bit of investigating I seem to have come across this
